Carnivore vs Vegan: The Diet War Nobody Is Winning

Carnivore vs vegan might be the most exhausting diet war on the internet, which is impressive because the internet also contains politics, CrossFit comment sections, and people treating detox tea like a liver with Wi-Fi. In this video, I break down why the carnivore diet and vegan diet can both work, both fail, and both turn into absolute nonsense when people stop using nutrition as a tool and start defending it like a religion with macros. The real question is not whether meat wins or plants win. The real question is whether your diet improves your health, performance, recovery, blood work, digestion, energy, training, and ability to keep functioning when life gets messy. Carnivore can be useful as a high-protein elimination-style approach. Vegan and plant-based diets can be useful for fiber, food quality, cardiovascular health, ethics, and long-term health patterns. But neither one is magic. Neither one gets to bypass biology. And neither one should require you to lie to yourself just to stay loyal to the tribe. This is the Forged Grit lens: diets are tools, not identities. Your nutrition should help you adapt, perform, recover, and stay harder to break. Not turn lunch into a holy war.
