奥信濃100 25km1500d 完走率98.5%！制限時間が５時間半から7時間に緩和　帯状疱疹から復帰後のレース　#ゆるトレラン 56

The popular trail race "Okushinano 100" is held in Kijimadaira Village, Nagano Prefecture, next to Iiyama City. It's a diverse race with categories including 100km, 50km, 25km, 8km, and a kids' race. This time, I participated in the 25km race (cumulative elevation gain approximately 1500mD+). This year, the time limit was relaxed from 5.5 hours to 7 hours, resulting in an impressive 98.5% completion rate. (Last year it was around 73%, so this is a considerably more lenient setting.) I thought 7 hours would be plenty of time... but in the end, it took me 5 hours and 13 minutes. The result was 124th place overall out of 192 men. I didn't even make it into the top half; it was truly a "relaxed trail run." Actually, I developed shingles around the day after the "Grand Diamond Trail Run." During Golden Week, all hospitals were closed, so I couldn't get treatment, and I had to DNS (Did Not Start) both the "Hieizan 50km" and the "Komono Four Peaks Trail"... This was my first trail run in a while, after gradually resuming exercise. ▼ Impressions of the course The first 19km were single tracks and forest roads, so comfortable that I was practically running. After that, it was a 3km climb to Mt. Koshayama with a steep 650m elevation gain, followed by a steep descent. There were few dangerous sections. The light rain in the early morning made the descent from the summit just barely slippery.
