Anuncio Port Aventura 1995

The first Port Aventura advertisement/spot from 1995 hinted at the park's theme. On May 1, 1995, the dream came true. After much work, a new world of fun was born. Mediterrània is Port Aventura's welcome area. Inspired by several towns on the Costa Dorada and Costa Brava, stroll through this small fishing village. From there, you can choose two modes of transportation to travel to other areas: the boat will take you to China via Polynesia, and the train will take you through all the areas until you reach the Far West. Upon entering Polynesia, more than 600 palm trees surround this paradisiacal area, along with plants native to the islands of Fiji, Thailand, Samoa, and Tonga. It is also full of traditional babañas and Tikis. You can also participate in a ritual to the goddess Pele on a boat and descend from the summit of a volcano to the lake. China is divided into two zones: Upper China (more imperial) and Lower China (more rural). Upper China is notable for its Great Wall and its Forbidden City Plaza, a faithful replica of the real city. The Grand Imperial Theater stands out, as does the majestic Dragon Khan, which runs for 1,285 meters and reaches a speed of 110 km/h (68 mph) with a total of eight inversions. Lower China features a children's area and Waitan Port, a simulation of one of the ports on the Yangtze (Yellow River). Mexico is also divided into two zones: Mayan Mexico and Postcolonial Mexico. In the Mayan zone, we find the Great Pyramid, a reproduction of the El Castillo temple at Chichén Itzá, and inside is the tomb of the Great Pacal, governor of Palenque. We also find La Cantina, which has a magnificent restaurant inside. In the Postcolonial zone, we find another restaurant, La Hacienda El Charro. And finally, we can ride in a minecart on the El Diablo mine train, replicating the silver mines of Mexico. Far West is a celebration, set on July 4, 1876, the centennial of the United States' independence. It's also divided into three zones: the outskirts of town where the cemetery is located, the town of Penitence with its Mains Street, and the mining area, set during the Gold Rush. We can travel on a log down the rivers to reach the sawmill or take on the rapids of the Grand Canyon.
