All buildings have now been topped off, and the team is moving heavily into interior architectural work. The main entrance water feature and underground parking entrance are also progressing, and the first level of the pavilion is almost complete. This will include Silk Cafe, the fitness centre, yoga terrace, co-working spaces, and other shared facilities. Around the main pool, the lounging areas, cabana zones, garden setbacks, romance pool area, water features, and pavilion stairs are all coming together. The design is focused on creating open space, privacy for ground-floor units, and a strong resort-style experience. Phase 1 still has 47 units available, with special discounts available only for existing owners. Phase 2 pricing and floor plans will be announced in the coming months, with additional amenities planned, including paddle tennis courts, wellness facilities with sauna and cold plunge, more fitness areas, restaurants, and higher-end larger unit types.
