Dura mater
We've come across the dura mater before while looking at a number of other structures, so let's look at it in a bit more anatomical detail. We'll talk about what and where it is, the other meninges, its periosteal and meningeal layers, its folds (falx cerebri, falx cerebelli, tentorium cerebelli, diaphragma sella) and the dural sinuses (although not in detail as we've done that elsewhere). We can think about its blood supply and innervation, and how those relate to extradural haematoma and subdural haematoma, and headache.
