Australia's Kanangra 2 Katoomba hike. (POST 2020 FIRES & FLOODS)
Hiking in Australia. Heritage listed Kanangra Boyd National Park, completing the iconic Kanangra to Katoomba trail. This hike was competed just after the 2020 fires and floods that ravished the area beyond belief. It was a unique experience to hike through bushland that was burnt to a crisp yet totally overgrown with new growth from the floods that occurred shortly after the fires. The Australian bush showing just how hardy and tough it can be. This was a once in a lifetime hike due to the surrounding conditions.
