Star citizen solo mole 4.7 - 32k HQ Lindinium with medium laser loadout

No gadget just testing the limits of my medium laser and this feels like about the edge of what it wants to eat as you can see. Positioning - Fly in and get to around 50m from rock (can be closer or farther as you'll learn over time but 50m is a good learning point) roll nose up until the rock indicator is between the toes on your feet (or closer to heels if asteroid mining. Hop into whatever laser and go to work. This is not the end all position but will give you a base to work with as you learn and will actually work well for probably 90% of rocks anyway. It mainly positions the back lasers to have the best field of view. The front laser only needs to see any part of the rock to use it for the first break, the back lasers need to see all around the rocks for sub breaks and cleanup. Loadout: Front - Helix2 Surge/Surge/Surge (Big Breaks) Left - Impact2 Surge/Surge/Surge (Medium Breaks) Right - Hofstede2 Focus3/Surge (Small rocks and all sub break/cleanup) I carry an arbor head with 2 focus 3's in the cargo bay for any torite sub breaks. This is the only mineral that is a challenge with the hofstede so far.
