In this video, we're going to make a June festival tie out of EVA foam, but it can also be made from felt. We'll decorate it with little flags, satin ribbon, a hat, and a bonfire. We'll use oil pastels, and details and outlines with colored pencils. I'll show you how to join or enlarge the tie template.
