How to lengthen or shorten the sleeves of a sewing pattern

In today's video, I'll be showing you how to lengthen or shorten the sleeves of a sewing pattern. This is a simple but very common pattern adjustment. I'll demonstrate how make the pattern adjustment to tapered and bell shaped sleeves and explain why you don't want to just adjust at the end of the sleeve.
