KAITA LV LIVING SIA, a company of KAITA Group, which operates in Vilnius, London, Prague and Riga, is offering Baltic investors the opportunity to invest in secured bonds with a two-year maturity. The funds raised will be used for Youston, a residential rental project operating at 95% occupancy in central Riga. Over the next two years, the company plans to realise the EUR 12.6 million project by selling the individual apartments.
