In this video, I'm going to take my neighbors on a home tour of a minimalist tropical house with white tones by Ghurfa Studio   / ghurfa.studio   As the title suggests, this time we're going to discuss a minimalist tropical house. This two-story house is the result of a renovation carried out by the Ghurfa Studio team. The total building area is 250 square meters, while the land area is 105 square meters, or 7x15 meters. The facade of the house features a simple, minimalist look, with minimal curves and ornamentation. Instead, it incorporates texture in the form of a louvered roof that also serves as ventilation for the space behind it. There's also a raised garden in front, which, while not large, still adds a green feel to the house. Entry to the house is through the carport, with a door deliberately built sideways, made of aluminum and glass. Behind the main door, there's a comfortable and multi-functional multipurpose area.
