Preikestolen "Au Bord du Vide" : La Falaise la Plus Impressionnante de Norvège !
Preikestolen, meaning "Pulpit Rock," is a rock formation suspended more than 600 meters above the Lysefjord. Accessible via a long hike, it boasts some of the most beautiful panoramas in all of Norway. The Preikestolen Hiking Trail The trail leading to the rock begins at the Preikestolen mountain hut, 6 kilometers from the site. Of moderate difficulty, it takes approximately four hours to hike, the time required to climb the 350 meters of elevation gain to the summit and then descend back to the hut. Some sections are particularly steep, and it is best to have experience in technical hiking before attempting this trek. The Preikestolen hiking trail is only accessible during the warmer months, from April to October. In winter, it is advisable to hire an experienced guide. If you absolutely want to avoid the crowds, you can also hike at night to admire the sunrise from Preikestolen rock. #preikestolen #norway #norway #explore #discovery #landscapes
