To get Mitsuru for this scene choose: "Their sex matters"+ "Definitely Outdoors" + Whatever choice was in the Video. Be sure not to pick any choice that corresponds with other characters before picking one for the character you want, for example "Protein" for Akihiko or "Hot Springs" for Yukiko or You'll be locked in for that character and have to start over.
