Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Ingredients Chicken -1 kg Chilli Powder-1tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder-1/2tbsp Coriander Powder-3/4tbsp Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp Garam Masala -1/2tsp Pepper Powder-3/4tsp + 1/2tsp Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tbsp Onion-3 Tomato-1 big Green Chilli-6-8 Salt- Curryleaves - Coconut Oil - Method In a pan roast all powders except pepper powder and garam masala .. Take a kadai add this roasted powder along with all other ingredients ,mix well .. Close and cook in medium flame . When cooked , Add coconut oil and curryleaves ..Roast .. Finally add tomato ,green chilli d curryleavs .. so easy and tasty chicken roast is ready to serve
