I promise you'll close your eyes in pleasure with every bite! INGREDIENTS For a 24cm long, 10cm wide, and 6cm high pan (This recipe makes 1 and a half puddings 🤭) 300g ripe bananas 100ml sunflower oil 150g brown or granulated sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 4 tbsp shredded coconut Vanilla extract 2 eggs 100g chocolate chips or walnuts 270g all-purpose flour 4 heaped tbsp shredded coconut (optional) Bake at 170°C/180°C for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
