Day 8: Imphal to Moreh Ride Halted by Rain | Tengnoupal | Indo-Myanmar Road | Gypsy Drive Day 8 of my epic Kolkata to Manipur ride was supposed to take me from Imphal to Moreh, right to the Indo-Myanmar border. But nature had other plans. 🌧️ Heavy, unexpected rain forced me to pause my journey at Tengnoupal, a misty hilltop town on the way to Moreh. While I couldn't reach the border this time, the ride through rain-soaked roads and lush green landscapes was an unforgettable experience. I found a warm shelter at Gabby’s Café, where I stayed overnight and met some amazing new friends—fellow travelers and bikers with stories of their own. This was more than just a stop; it was a soulful connection with the land and its people.
