Please note: SHFFCL is set in a fictional Texas university with red and black school colors and with a football player ("Hugo") wearing #14. Texas Tech University happens to meet these criteria, which is why it is featured so heavily - not because of any real or fictional link between TTU and the fic or Harry/Louis.
