This is Seogi Pocha Peanut Bread Part 2. In Part 1, I hurt my hand and burned the bread. But even after eating the burnt bread, all of our staff raised their hands in agreement. They said, "Let's add it to the menu." At that one suggestion, I tried again. There are some changes this time. I mixed the peanuts into the dough from the beginning, readjusted the sugar and salt, and set the temperature and time again. And finally, it worked. It brings back old memories.
