I'm building a customer relationship management (CRM) system in Excel from scratch. Join me on this journey. The tool starts with simple functions and will gradually expand. In this video series, I'll show you how I'm building a customer relationship management tool in Excel. I'll start with a blank Excel spreadsheet and demonstrate each step towards a complete tool. I'll be adding to it every week. Join me and learn VBA through a practical example. In Part I, I'll begin with the design concept. In Part II, I'll program the first code for the tool navigation and basic functions. In Part III, I'll show you how to flexibly create, save, and edit customer records.
