Introducing: Blackened Steel
In this video we introduce a Traditional Concentrated Patina called Blackened Steel. Blackened Steel provides a grey to black patina on iron and steel but by diluting it with distilled water, blues can be formed too. On zinc and galvanized, it will go light brown to black depending on concentration. Concentrated patinas must be diluted with distilled water but otherwise work similar to other cold reactive finishes in the Traditional lines.
