start of my journey to 100 m deep on a single breath

In this video I'm going to be doing my first ever free diving depth comp as I start my journey of to try and dive to 100m deep on a single breath of air. I traveled over to Kirk in Croatia for this comp which is the ADT depth trophy the main people running this comp are Vito and Petar and they are both world renowned free diving coaches and world record holders and in this video Iwe speak to them about what it means to be a free diver and what I can do that you can replicate to advance on your free diving journey. we speak with my coach Sanda as she gives me advice on what to do and how to do it and the rules that you need to no when you are diving at an Aida comp I also talk about all the kit you will need and how calling back made it much easier for me when choosing what kit to use on the day this comp didn't go as I invisigaes and I am going to keep going and filming till I reach 100 meters and I love having you on this journey with me your help and support is what drives me so thank you
