Tube Swapping a 25" Sharp TV to a 25" K7000 monitor

I used youtube to stitch together sections of video as I showed how to handle swapping the tupe on a K7000 25" monitor with a Sharp 25" TV. I assume that you know your way around the arcade monitor by adjusting it, being able to discharge it safely, as well as being able to cap a monitor chassis.
