Hanalei Regatta

In years past, I've flown a race or two with the drone and taken a race off before flying again. Last weekend, though, I flew more races early in the day than I usually do and that led to a battery shortage problem. I normally don't give much time to the older participants anyhow but this regatta I didn't have much option since I had a bunch of dead batteries on the chargers. I'm going to try and even that out for the last couple events of the season. This particular edit has a really abrupt ending. I got to the end of a song and didn't have enough data to fill the space of another song so I just cut it off. It seems wrong the way it ends and I don't like it but I also don't feel like spending the time to go all the way back to the beginning of the edit and make adjustments so I can smooth it out. 🤷‍♂️ Bottom line - you all deserve better than I've given you this season so I'll try to get it together and finish the year strong. One final detail about this edit - I've never been seen in one of these videos before. So, my short appearance in this one is a first of its kind thing. I didn't mean to film myself but thought it was funny so I decided to put it in.
