How add-ons make me MONEY doing ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

This is the tire change I did a couple days ago. As I always do, greet customers let them explain their situation on what happen and go from there(conversation is off cam). As I’m listening, just gathering information and asking questions about certain things. He mentioned that he didn’t know he had roadside assistance(fairly new Sprinter Van), so I automatically assumed his tires are covered from the dealership. I still gave him my information(tire couldn’t be repaired), let him know I change tires out as well if he needed a second opinion. Next day I received a text saying he needs a quote because his tires are not covered. Price I gave him, he accepted and made deposit to close the sale. Just be me engaging a conversation, listening to his key points and making his first roadside experience smooth, made him comfortable enough to take the time to make me have the opportunity to complete this job with a tire sale. From a $21 call from AGERO, to $228 call to change out a tire!!! Simple skill you need that you already have, JUST TALK….
