Webinar on Generational Governance: Future proofing organisations
The Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business and Griffith University hosted the webinar in which Professor Nick Barter, Professor Jan Bebbington and Dr Akihiro Omura presented the key findings from a survey of 3,000 business leaders across Australia, Japan and the United Kingdom. The webinar offered insights into attitudes towards generational governance, its potential role in supporting sustainable transitions, and opened up a wider conversation about how business leaders think about generational governance and the role it may play in future-proofing organisations.
