What is special about his own recipe is that he uses fish only in his burgers, no eggs added, no flour added, no breadcrumbs added, and no frying. The taste is sublime, very fluffy and very healthy. Ingredients for 6 burgers: 300 g salmon fillet 300 g any white fish fillet 1 onion 4 twigs of your favorite freshly cut herb (Majkl uses savory) 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper 100 to 150 ml of cold water Ingredients for Majkl Tartar Sauce: 200 g of mayonnaise 1/2 onion 1/4 lemon juice 3 pickles 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of ground pepper 1/4 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce For the recipe, please follow instructions in the video.
