EASY 2 Ingredient Shallot Yogurt Dip Recipe (Persian Mast-o-Moosir)!

Shallot Yogurt Dip (Mast-o-Moosir) Servings: 4 Ingredients: 24 oz kefir cheese or plain yogurt (do not use nonfat) 2 oz dried shallots Salt and pepper to taste Directions: 1.) Soak dried shallots overnight. 2.) Drain and pat dry. Remove any parts that remain hard and mince. 3.) Mix shallots in with kefir cheese or plain yogurt. Add salt and pepper to taste. serve as a dip with pita bread slices or alongside any Persian dish. Enjoy!
