Hello and welcome to my adult colouring channel. I share a cute book flip through: Watercolor with me In the Forest by Dana Fox ‪@thewonderforest‬ and watercolour painting in it. I am a novice at watercolouring. Seeing as it is watercolour month I asked Jody ‪@jicolourist‬ if they would like to buddy in this uncoloured book. They kindly agreed as hers was also uncoloured. It means I have just one uncoloured book to start that I purchased in my first year of colouring in 2021 *;) I did struggle with my page, I did better once off camera without the pressure of recording. You can see the comparison in my video, bloopers and all. It wouldn't bee one of my pages if I didn't have an accident and drop my pen/brush etc either. This is definitely not a how to or tutorial video. The heat tool I've had for 20 years so cannot remember where I it bought online. However I have found one here (UK plug only): https://www.englishstamp.com/p/20/emb... I need to practise my water and brush control. My washes and glazes are not even. The try it exercise was useful. It is a beautiful book and I hope to continue painting and learning in it. I agree with Jody more information about how to hold a brush etc would have been useful. The paper was a bit thin, you had to work a little faster than other watercolour papers.
