If you have leftover dal at home, instead of throwing it away or eating it boringly, mix it with moong dal, semolina, and oats to make a latticed, soft dhokla just like the ones you find in the market! This breakfast is packed with protein and fiber and will be loved by everyone, from children to adults. Watch the full video and let us know what you thought of this recipe in the comments! 🛒 Ingredients: Leftover lentils - 1 cup Soaked moong dal - 1/2 cup Semolina (Rava/Semolina) - 1/2 cup Oats - 1/2 cup (ground) Ginger-green chili paste - 1 teaspoon Eno or baking soda - 1 teaspoon For the tempering: oil, mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies. 👩‍🍳 Method (Quick Steps): Grind the moong dal and leftover lentils in a mixer. Add semolina and oat powder to it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Just before steaming, add Eno and steam for 15 minutes like dhokla. Add a delicious mustard-sesame tadka on top and serve with chutney!
