I made it to the closing table y'all! But Day 1 as the owner brought a major curveball. As if the renovations weren't looking expensive enough, it turns out there's asbestos in the ceilings. So now I have to figure out a plan to remediate. But I'm still looking forward to the future of this space! ---- Wondering what's going on? I'm buying a house! My goal is to renovate it in my brand's style, turning it into a dreamy cottage that I can rent out.
