The clog-making profession is now a distant memory. Every village had its own in the 19th century; there are now only about ten of them in all of France. Manuel Petrazoller is one of them. Based in Philipsbourg on the road to Bitche, he manages to make a living from his work, making clogs of all sizes, as well as other objects like wooden honey spoons.
