In this video, on Sunday, May 31, 2026, we enjoyed some serious water fun at Kim Sat-gat Valley, located in Yeongwol, Gangwon-do and Danyang, Chungbuk! 📌 [Summary of Today's Valley Spots & Safety Information] Features: A magical valley where great spots for playing keep appearing. You can enjoy the valley by walking along the boardwalk from the Literature Museum or trekking through the valley, or you can easily move to the spots from Camp Ua. ❗ There are no lifeguards or life jackets available, so please bring your own and take care of your safety! 1. In front of the Kim Sat-gat Literature Museum Maximum depth 2m Wide with a downstream feel, featuring a swimming area and a flat resting area Close to a large parking lot Close to restrooms within the parking lot 2. In front of the Kim Sat-gat Campsite Maximum depth 2m Feels like a wide swimming pool with a mid-to-downstream vibe Located in front of the campsite, the area has been leveled for comfortable relaxation 3. The spot where you meet after the first walking path 10 minutes from the Literature Museum Maximum depth 2m Similar feel to points 1 and 2, but a bit more nestled in nature! 4. In front of Camp Ua 10–15 minutes from the Literature Museum Maximum depth 2m Upstream from the bridge is slightly deeper and wider than downstream. Further upstream, there is a shallow area with pool-like terrain. 5. Just before the Main Point 20–25 minutes from the Literature Museum Maximum depth 2m Similar to the upstream point relative to the Camp Ua bridge. 6. Main Point 25–30 minutes from the Literature Museum Maximum depth 4m Breathtaking scenery that wraps around high cliffs, offering a wide and deep view. Good for diving from the large rocks, but due to the height, please refrain from diving headfirst! Depth and terrain are subject to change at any time! 7. Yongso (100-58, Kimsatgat-ro, Yeongchun-myeon, Danyang-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do) After crossing the bridge and proceeding along the deck path, please carefully cross the area near Yongso. If you proceed straight before crossing the bridge, you can view Yongso from above. Maximum depth: 3~4m There is a small cave at the drop point that creates eddies, and due to the large rock wall in front of the wide pool, the water flow is L-shaped and the current is extremely strong!
