This time, we were planning to head to Kenting, the "Hawaii of Taiwan," a place we've been looking forward to visiting for so long. However, we are the notorious rain fairies ☔ Due to the ridiculous(?) torrential rain in Kaohsiung, which looked like a hole had opened in the sky, we had to give up on our trip to Kenting once again 😭 But I wasn't the type to give up just like that 🔥 On the morning of Day 5, to make up for oversleeping last time, we started a 'Zuoying Station open run' at the crack of dawn 🏃‍♀️💨 (Although I was sad to find out a reality I didn't want to know... 😢) After all the twists and turns, we finally arrived in Kenting, which was truly 'heaven' itself! 🌊 The emerald Longpan Beach and Sadao Beach, which we encountered while cutting through the cool breeze on a scooter, had such insane visuals that they washed away all our hardships in an instant 🛵💙 Furthermore, when we got lost and wandered around Eluanbi Lighthouse, angelic Taiwanese locals and students 🇹🇼 personally escorted us to our destination on their motorcycles. Although we couldn't communicate fully, their kind consideration and warmth made me feel a sense of humanity It was an unforgettable moment that recharged me to 200%. 🫶 (If you come to Korea, I’ll make sure to guide you through everything!! 🇰🇷) We ended up looking like drowned rats in the torrential rain, and our legs turned bright red in the scorching sun in Kenting 🦞 But even that was just too perfect during this extreme 1-night, 2-day trip!
