Ingredients: 400g of pastry dough 2 cups (tea) of mozzarella cheese ½ cup (tea) of gorgonzola cheese ½ cup (tea) of grated parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons of cream cheese 2 cups (tea) of tomato passata 2 chopped tomatoes ½ chopped onion ½ bunch of basil Olive oil to taste 2 tablespoons of butter Salt to taste Preparation: Mix the cheeses with the cream cheese and olive oil.
