Hairtail Kabayaki Donburi Recipe [Ingredients] Freshly caught hairtail / appropriate amount of bread flour / appropriate amount of salad oil / kabayaki sauce [Procedure] 1. Dust both sides of the filleted hairtail with bread flour, shaking off any excess flour. 2. Add oil to a frying pan and cook the meat over medium heat, starting with the flesh side. Once browned, cook the other side. 3.
