Ansel Adams' Photography at Yosmite Park
Ansel Adams was given his first camera during a stay at Yosemite, and thus began a lifetime love affair between the photographer and the natural picturesque beauty of the park. In 1916, Ansel Adams took his first photo of Yosemite. He was 14 at the time. He kept a studio in the area. His work is so renowned that there is a mountain named after him in Yosemite.
