Vanity Box live @ winSUMMERfest 2026 in ’De Hoogte’ Winsum op za. 27 juni. Het was de Release Show van hun nieuwe album ‘Sudden Loud Sounds in a Capital City’ 26 en 27 juni 2026 werd de 6e editie van winSUMMERfest georganiseerd. Een underground gitaarmuziek festival, verdeeld over kroegen, restaurants en de Synagoge in het pittoreske Groninger Winsum. Gratis toegankelijk, D.I.Y. en een scherpe programmering. Het Groningse Vanity Box debuteerde vorig jaar met ‘Good Luck, See You Friday’ en is nu alweer terug met ‘Sudden Loud Sounds in a Capital City’. De muziek van Vanity Box is geïnspireerd door postrock, shoegaze en de wat meer geestverruimende indiepop/rock van de afgelopen decennia.
