I went on a solo food tour of Korea Town in Tsuruhashi, Osaka, and I was completely full and satisfied! The octopus kimchi I bought as a souvenir from Yamada Shoten was so delicious! Before I bought it, I thought it was just cabbage kimchi with a little bit of octopus in it, but... it was completely different. It was kimchi made entirely of octopus, and it was surprisingly delicious! It was the first time I'd ever eaten such delicious kimchi, and I want to go to Tsuruhashi just to buy it! It was one of the things I'll never forget from this food tour.
