AWFUL ROOMS at the Intercontinental Melbourne Hotel

I was shocked at how bad the rooms were at the Intercontinental in Melbourne, Australia, really poor. Not good. have you stayed here? They need an urgent refurb, the front area is nice, but the rooms really let this place down. Also the sound proofing to outside is SO BAD!
