2003 Porsche Boxster S 986 Sheared Exhaust Manifold bolt replacement

This video documents the removal of three sheared manifold bolts on a 2003 986 Boxster S with a 3.2 litre M96 engine. The process used a repair jig from Stomski Racing in the US that I purchased myself. Any excuse to buy new tools!! This jig and kit allowed for accurate alignment and drilling resulting in no thread repair on the engine. This is first effort video and my camera and editing skills are terrible so no need to tell me! That aside - hopefully it will help someone with the same problem or make them think twice and just pay someone to do it.
