On May 27, 2026, CGAP and AXA EssentiALL co-convened “Insurance 4 All” as part of CGAP's Council of Governors Annual Meeting 2026. This session explored how regulatory innovation creates the conditions for inclusive insurance to thrive, drawing on the direct experience of leaders who have shaped bold reform agendas, including Brazil's Pix instant payments system and Open Finance framework and the UAE's National Financial Inclusion Strategy.
