How a Boutique Georgia Lodge Books Out With Paid Ads

We spent a full VIP Day with Heather Breedlove, owner of the Mountain Top Lodge in Dahlonega, Georgia. The Mountain Top Lodge is a boutique 16-bedroom property with a five-course prix fixe restaurant, set at the start of the Appalachian Trail and surrounded by more than 40 North Georgia wineries. It is the kind of place people travel for, not just somewhere to stay, and it has been featured in National Geographic and Southern Living. Most of the day had nothing to do with ads at first. Before we touched a single campaign, we built out where those ads send people so that every click turns into a booking. During our VIP Day, we: 🎯 Audited her website, branding, and booking flow to build trust and simplify mobile booking 🎯 Used a trained AI project to benchmark the Lodge against nearby properties and rebuild room tiers and pricing 🎯 Mapped the full funnel from first click to booked stay 🎯 Planned new video content and filmed a guest welcome video 🎯 Cleaned up her Google search campaigns and stopped wasted spend 🎯 Restructured her Meta ad sets and retargeting 🎯 Built out a hiring campaign for the team By the end of the day we had reworked the pricing, cleaned up the ad accounts, and given Heather a clear plan to fill the calendar. As Heather put it, it was the first time she and her team had stepped back to focus on how to get people to the property, not just what to curate once they arrive.
