Steve Prefontaine Tribute
As most distance runners or running enthusiasts know, Steve Prefontaine (also known just simply as Pre) was Americas greatest distance runner in his time. He held 15 American records at every distance from the 2 mile to the 10,000 meter run, a feat that has never been matched to this day. Unfortunately Pre's life came to an end after getting into a brutal car crash after dropping runner Frank Shorter off. Pre, who was 24 at the time he died, never lived his dream of winning gold in the Olympics or even getting a medal. This is a little tribute that I put together and I hope you all enjoy it. By the way I do not own any content from this video whatsoever!! Enjoy..
