Five HYROX races. One PB. And a trip to Barcelona with three of my best mates. In this vlog I take you through the full weekend from race strategy and nutrition, to watching Rich and Tom tackle HYROX Doubles while me and Ryan went head-to-head in the Solos. Lewis lives out in Spain now, so having him meet us out there was a brilliant surprise. Proper good weekend all round. I'll be honest, this one meant a lot. Five attempts to finally crack a PB is a long time coming, and I'm dead proud of it.
