2226 Juggles • DAY 201 • The 100-hour rule

DAY 201 / +83hours38minutes done. 'The 100-hour rule' (or The 18 minutes a day rule). (+21 minutes today). Record of the day: 2226 juggles (My one and only goal is to try to become a better version of myself in my football practice, and since you have to start somewhere, I start with juggling). According to one theory, that's all it takes to be better than 95% of the world's population in any discipline (the 100-hour rule). For example, if you practice the piano for 18 minutes a day for a year. you'll be better than 95% of the world's population at the piano. My sport is football and l'd really like to improve in that area. So I'm going to try out the 18 minutes a day method and hope it really works. I will perform a minimum of 18 minutes of juggling for 365 days or until I reach 100 hours of practice. WHY JUGGLING? According to my research, juggling gives players greater sensitivity to the ball and improves their touch and balance. The development of motor coordination, concentration and perseverance give young players greater confidence and that's all I need at the moment to hope to progress as much as possible. Lets go!
