25 min Feel Good Traditional Yoga
This is a 25 minute traditional yoga practice for feel good full body yoga stretch. It is a basic full body hatha yoga practice which means we will move through a traditional yoga sequence based on standing and seated poses in a slow mindful way with a big focus on breathing. This 25 minute basic yoga flow for flexibility will be good for anyone who wants to focus on correct alignment, improve their balance, and find peace and stability in traditional yoga asanas. That will be easier to achieve during this slow traditional yoga with the help of detailed explanation, alignment cuing, modifications and attentive guidance. Hatha Yoga means basic, easy to follow sequence of poses that have been around for thousands of years. There will be no complicated transitions or too many vinyasa flows. Therefore this sequence is good for all levels, but especially for beginners. The speed of this practice will be perfect for getting the alignment and breathing right. We will begin this practice with a few rounds of Sun Salutations, followed by standing poses before we come down onto the mat for seated twists and stretches. These 30 minutes will change the rest of your day and how you feel. Remember that consistency will inevitably bring results. Therefore try to practice 4-5 times a week to see some progress. Throughout this slow and peaceful yoga practice I will keep reminding you to find connection to your breathing. Try not to neglect it as it plays a huge role in your yoga practice. It allows you to be present and aware. It reveals tension and resistance. It allows to surrender and let go.
