Transit in Downtown Halifax (May 2023)

Halifax is the capital and largest municipality of the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, and the largest municipality in Atlantic Canada. The main bus transfer area in Downtown Halifax is along Barrington St in front of Scotia Square, where service fans out to cover the majority of the Halifax and Dartmouth areas and beyond to smaller communities in the Region of Halifax as well as the Airport. Express bus service replaces some local bus service during peak times. Buses seen include: Halifax Transit: 743, 745, & 753 on Route 1 1258 on Route 2 1252 & 1290 on Route 3 1112 & 1205 on Route 7 1309 on Route 8 728 on Route 9 1192 & 1263 on Route 10 1200 on Route 29 1238 on Route 127 1096 on Route 165 1113 & 1199 on Route 168 1385 on Route 182 1375 on Route 186 526 on Route 320 537, 733, 1258, & 1320 were Not in Service Coach Atlantic 2421 & RML2553 were also present Thanks for watching!
