This BMW 330e came to us after a front-end crash repair—looking clean outside, but completely lifeless inside. The hybrid system was offline. No 12V charge. High-voltage battery errors. Nothing worked. We ran deep diagnostics and uncovered a nightmare: the high-voltage battery system had shut down completely due to stored crash data. Even worse? The SME control module was locked with an unerasable fault. We had no choice but to rip out the battery, strip it down pack by pack, and replace the core electronics.
