This video presents an initial teaching tutorial about Punch Drumming (Hitting with Music) on a Speed Bag. It presents concepts and methods for learning to Punch in "Straight Time", or directly "on the beat" using a Metronome. It is presented for beginners to learn "beat control" of Basic Punching combinations. There is a musical presentation at the end, punching to a Backing Track purchase from the amazing "Nick Neblo".
