In my opinion, both types of bread are very healthy, but they offer different benefits. 🍞🥖 Sourdough bread is easier to digest and may be better for gut health, while high-fiber bread keeps you full longer and is excellent for digestion. Personally, I prefer sourdough because of its amazing taste and natural fermentation process.
